Both Portadown & Lurgan Town Halls are listed buildings situated just off the main High Streets in the town centres.

The Town Halls have been tastefully renovated and maintained to their former glory and have been adapted to facilitate customers with special needs for example wheelchair users and the visually and hearing impaired.

The Town Halls are available for hire for groups holding conferences, meetings, training, sales, dance/functions, festivals, theatre performances and weddings. Council employs a full time Stage Manager/Technician to assist arts groups with their productions. Both Lurgan and Portadown Town Halls provide office accommodation to Citizens Advice Bureau.

The Council now provides an Irish and Ulster Scots voicemail service for any member of the public who wishes to ring using these languages.
