Councillor McGibbon is Chairman of the Environmental Services Committee and is a member of the Policy & Resources Committee. He is also a Member of the Voluntary Transition Committee. He also represents Council on a number of outside bodies including;- the Craigavon Integrated Regeneration Partnership, PEACE III Partnership & Statutory Joint Committee, Southern Waste Management Partnership and Southern Organisation for Action in Rural Areas (SOAR) - Joint Committee (JC).
