Councillor Lockhart is Vice-Chairman of the Environmental Services Committee and a member of the Development and Leisure Services Committees. She also represents Council on a number of outside bodies including;- Craigavon Museum Committee, the Forum for Local Government and the Arts, NILGA, Northern Ireland Library Authority (Libraries NI), Southern Education and Library Board and the Southern Group Committee (Environmental Health) (Reserve).
