Alderman Stephen Moutray is a member of the Development Committee, Environmental Services Committee and the Policy & Resources Committee. He is also Chair of the Audit Committee and sits on the Estimates Working Group.
He also represents Council on a number of outside bodies including;- the Confederation of European Councillors, Craigavon Community Safety Partnership, Craigavon District Policing Partnership, Lurgan Forward, the National Association of Councillors, NILGA, Sister City International Committee, Southern Group Committee (Environmental Health) and the Ulster Canal Steering Group.
