POSITION: Alderman
Electoral Area: Portadown
Alderman Hatch is Vice- Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee and a member of the Development Committee and the Leisure Services Committee. He is also a Member of the Voluntary Transition Committee. He represents Council on a number of outside bodies including;-Craigavon Cycling Forum, Craigavon Industrial Development Organisation (CIDO) – Past Chairman of the Board of the East Border Region Ltd and currently a Member. Also Member of the East Border Region Members Forum, the Lough Neagh Partnership Board, National Association of Councillors (NI) Region, Member of the Northern Ireland Housing Council, the Northern Ireland Local Government Association ( NILGA), the Rent Assessment Panel and the Southern Group Committee Building Control. Alderman Hatch is also a Member of the Interreg IVA Priority I Steering Committee and is currently Chairman of the NI Strategic Migration Partnership. He is also the Ulster Unionist Party’s permanent alternate on the Committee of the Regions NAT (Agricultural) Committee.
