Alderman Hatch is Vice- Chairman of the Development Committee and a member of the Policy & Resources Committee. He also represents Council on a number of outside bodies including;- Craigavon Industrial Development Organisation (CIDO) - Directors, the East Border Region Ltd (east Border Region Board), East Border Region Members Forum, Lough Neagh Partnerhsip Board, National Association of Councillors (NI) Region, Northern Ireland Housing Council (substitute), President NILGA and the Rent Assessment Panel.
