POSITION: Councillor Baxter sits on the Development and Leisure Services Committees. He represents Council on a number of outside bodies including;- Craigavon Industrial Development Organisation (CIDO), Craigavon Museum Committee, the East Border Region Members Forum, the Lagan Canal Trust Steering Group and the Southern Group Committee ( Building Control).
