The Council's corporate plan is an essential part of the Council's policy and delivery planning framework. It identifies Council's priorities based on the needs and wishes of our customers and sets out Council's goals and objectives which Elected Members and Managers then use as a guide and a baseline for developing services. The plan also includes key targets and milestones which allow us to measure progress.
Our draft Corporate Plan for 2011-2015 is now out for consultation and is available to download below. You are invited to submit comments on the draft Plan. Comments should be sent to:
