The Council's Corporate Plan identifies Council's priorities for the period up to 2010, based on the needs and wishes of our customers. It sets out Council's goals and objectives which Elected Members and Managers then use as a guide and a baseline for developing services. The Plan also includes key targets and milestones which allow us to measure progress.
