The District Rates to be levied on all rateable property within the Borough for the financial year commencing 1st April 2011 have been determined as follows:
Domestic: 0.3771p in the pound
An increase of 0.0124p in the £ or 3.40%
Non Domestic: 24.2849p in the pound
An increase of 0.7975p in the £ or 3.40%
The Regional Rates for both Domestic and Non-Domestic property for the financial year commencing 1 April 2011 have been determined by the Department of Finance and Personnel as follows:
Domestic: 0.3698p in the pound.
An increase of 0.009p in the £ or 2.50%
Non Domestic: 31.46p in the pound.
An increase of 0.77p in the pound or 2.50%
The District Rate and Regional Rate will be collected together by the Land & Property Services.
