Corporate Plan 2012-2015

The Council's corporate plan is an essential part of the Council's policy and delivery planning framework. It identifies Council's priorities based on the needs and wishes of our customers and sets out Council's goals and objectives which Elected Members and Managers then use as a guide and a baseline for developing services. The plan also includes key targets and milestones which allow us to measure progress.

The Corporate Plan for 2012-2015 was officially launched on 17th May 2012 and is available to view or download below.

Irish and Ulster Scots Voicemail Service

The Council now provides an Irish and Ulster Scots voicemail service for any member of the public who wishes to ring using these languages. Simply ring the Council and ask to be put through to the service.  You will then hear a voicemail message in that language and be asked to leave your message.  We will then have your message translated and a response sent.
